Everything you need to know about submitting a request and working with InfraCore Technologies.
Use the Request Support form. Pick the service you need help with, choose a priority level, and describe what's going on. You'll get a ticket ID immediately, plus a confirmation email with a link to track it.
It depends on the priority you select when submitting: urgent tickets get a response in under 15 minutes, high priority within an hour, normal priority the same business day, and low priority within two business days.
Yes — use the Track your ticket page with your ticket ID and the email you submitted with. You'll see the current status and any replies from our team.

Both. Submit a request describing the one-off work (a migration, a security audit, a new site build) and we'll scope it — you don't need an ongoing plan to get help.
Either. Some clients use us as their entire infrastructure team; others bring us in alongside an existing team for overflow, specialized platforms, or after-hours coverage.
No — anyone can submit a request through the site and pay per request under our Pay-As-You-Go rates. Monthly plans (see Pricing) are for teams who want faster response guarantees and a set number of requests included each month instead of per-request billing.
We'll always resolve what you send us — anything beyond your plan's included requests is simply billed at a per-request rate, which we'll confirm with you before starting the work.
Yes, at any time — reach out through a support request and we'll take care of it.
We follow least-privilege access: we request only the access needed for the task at hand, use documented change control for anything production-impacting, and clean up access afterward rather than leaving standing credentials.
Yes. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and how it's used.
